We became a Public Benefit Corporation because we want to give back and revolutionize the process of forming a business so that more people can realize their dreams and boost our economy in the process. Previously, aspiring small business owners would need to do research, hire a lawyer, find the right accountant, buy a domain name, hire a web designer, and more before they could even start thinking about selling their product or service.
