About Us

Enjoy the intimate setting of an acclaimed college art museum. Whether you stop in for a few minutes, or plan to make a day of it, you’ll find remarkable works of art from many cultures. The Allen Memorial Art Museum has offered free admission since its founding in 1917. In addition to installations of its collection of more than 15,000 works of art, the Allen presents changing exhibitions on specific artists or ideas. See a list of public programs at amam.oberlin.edu/events. The Weltzheimer/Johnson House at Oberlin College is a Frank Lloyd Wright Usonian House situated several blocks from campus. Check the Art Museum's website for tour and ticket information.
