About Us

I am a lifelong resident of Lorain County, I have lived in Amherst, Elyria, Grafton and Lorain. I have been with AAA automobile club since 1997. I worked in the local office at the Midway Mall for 7 years, before transferring to the Independence office, into the Membership Department over 16 years ago. I have also worked in our Insurance Department as a licensed agent in Property and Casualty. I am now a part of the Group Membership Department, which allows me to work closely with businesses, to provide all that AAA has to offer as a benefit to their employees at a discounted group rate.
We are mostly known for our Emergency Roadside Assistance, our Auto Travel Department that provides maps, tour books and Trip Tik’s as well as our Full service Travel Agency. However we provide many more benefits, such as our Identity Theft protection, our Insurance Department for auto, home, life insurance, and our savings and discounts for shopping, hotel, car, and restaurants online.
