The Opportunity:

Our IT Business Analyst works with the firm's Analytics Group collaborating with various team in order to translate business needs into technical solutions. The IT Business Analyst reports directly to the Chief Technology Officer. This position is for a job opening at our headquarters in downtown Cleveland, Ohio.

We deliver investment solutions tailored to meet the needs of Taft-Hartley funds, foundations and endowments, religious organizations, public entities, insurance companies, and advisory channel clients.

Our fixed income investment strategies range from short-term to liability-driven investing and high-quality to high yield. Our real estate strategies are derived from our specialized capabilities in acquiring and managing real estate leased to the US General Services Administration (GSA), which houses key federal agencies nationwide, as well as state and local government agencies. Our equity capabilities are focused on domestic and dollar-denominated international large-capitalization, income-oriented strategies. We offer separately managed accounts, mutual funds, sub-advisory services, and bespoke solutions.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Act as an information source and communicator between business branches
  • Translate business needs to technical specifications
  • Enhance the quality of IT products and services
  • Collaborate with teams to integrate systems
  • Develop and update technical documentation
  • Develop internal training materials for those systems and updates 
  • Train users to use developed software solutions

Education, Skills, Personal Characteristics and Work Experience Requirements:
  • Analytical mind with problem-solving aptitude
  • Proven ability to take initiative and move
  • Excellent problem-solving skills 
  • Extremely high attention to detail 
  • Degree in  Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Business Administration or related field.
