Carmen is the honoree of the Smart Business Network 2022 Progressive Woman Award and will help guide us through a conversation on Austin Channing Brown’s message on creating an Allyship. Carmen is a partner at O’Toole, McLaughlin, Dooley, & Percora Co., LPA. Her civic service includes serving as Chair for the Board of Trustees for the Hispanic Business Center, the Legal Aid Society of Cleveland Pro Bono Committee, and the Board of Kendal at Oberlin. She is a 2019 Leadersip Lorain County graduate, was recognized as one of the 100 Latinos Cleveland Must Know in 2020.
